The recipient or any member of the beneficiary’s family should not have received benefits under any other government-run housing program.
The Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana assistance will not be sufficient to finish the house’s construction; therefore, the recipient will need to contribute the remaining funds to finish the building.
The annual income limit for both rural and urban areas should be no more than Rs. 1,20,000 and Rs. 1,50,000, respectively.
For a toilet under the Swachh Bharat Mission, rural Taluka Panchayats and urban Nagarpalika/Mahanagarpalikas can provide Rs. 12,000/-.
