Gujarat government has released MYSY scheme for students. In which financial assistance is given to students who want to pursue higher education through this scholarship. In this scheme students are given financial assistance of Rs. 100000 to 200000.
Through this MYSY scheme students from low income families are given financial assistance for their education. It helps to pay the tuition fee and they can focus on their studies while being tension free. Along with this tuition fee, the students are also paid the meal fee. While one time allowance for books and other materials is given.
The scholarship makes the dreams of the students come true. This scholarship is only for the students of Gujarat who are pursuing degree diploma and professional courses within or outside Gujarat.

To avail this scholarship the student has to go to the MYSY portal to apply for the scholarship. New applications for the new academic year 2024-25 were opened on September 2024 and the last date is 31 December 2024.
Eligibility Criteria for MYSY Scholarship 2024-25
- The applying student should be from Gujarat
- Student should have passed 10th and 12th standard from Gujarat Board.
- Student should have passed with 80% percentile in 10th and 12th standard.
- students must have 50% marks in the final examination for renewal.
- Students must secure at least 65% percentage for admission to Diploma to Degree (d2d)
- courses.

MYSY Scholarship Benefits & Amount
Three types of benefits are provided under this scholarship.
1. Tuition Fee Allowance
2.Hostel Allowance.
3.Book / Material Allowance
The amount of this MYSY scholarship varies according to the course of study that the students choose.
Tuition Fee Allowance
- Courses 50% of tuition fee or Max Limit (whichever is less)
- Medical (MBBS), Dental (BDS) ₹2,00,000
- Diploma Courses (3 years) ₹25,000
- Professional Graduation Course (BE/B-Tech, Pharmacy, Nursing) ₹50,000
- Other Graduation Courses (Bcom, BSc, BA, BCA, BBA, etc) ₹10,000
Hostel Fee Allowance
- Hostel fee is paid for a maximum of 10 months.

Books/Study Material Grant
- Courses One-time Amount
- Medical (MBBS), Dental (BDS) ₹ 1,000.

How to Apply for MYSY Scholarship 2024?
The student has to apply online to fill the form of this scholarship.
Register for MYSY Scholarship:-
- Go to the MYSY Scholarship Portal and register
- Tap on ‘Fresh Application’ under ‘Login/Registration 2024-25’.
- Click on the ‘Registration’ option.
- Select the education department according to your course.
- Enter Admission after (10/12), Board or University name, Passing year, Admission year,
- enrolment number, mobile number, percentage etc.
- Than, tap on the “Get Password” option.
How to Login and Apply for MYSY Scholarship?
- After completing this registration process, go to MYSY portal, login and view the following
- information to fill the scholarship application form.

- Click on fresh application for 2024-25 year by login.
- Login by entering your enrollment number and password.
- Enter the student information inside. Like category and date of birth.
- After that Enter parent / guardian information such as father / mother’s name, their occupation,
- annual income, PAN card number and BPL number.
- after that Enter residential address (district, taluka, city / village, pincode, mobile number)
- Than Enter the student information inside. Like category and date of birth.
- click on to ‘Admission Entry’ and provide school information, admission details and hostel
- details, then save.
- after Go to Scan Documents and upload the required documents.
- Than Click on ‘Lock Application’ and submit the application.
How to Check Status of MYSY Scholarship?
After submitting this MYSY scholarship application, students are required to verify the application. Because all the applications are verified in more stages, they will be able to know the current status of the application.

- than Select the ‘Student Status’ option on the homepage.
- After that Enter application type, standard, stream, seat number and password.
- than Enter the captcha code that appears and tap on ‘Get Student Details’.
- than On the next page, student application status will be displayed on your screen.
