Eligibility Conditions for ITBP Constable Driver Posts
Educational Qualification Details
- Male candidate must have passed 10th standard from recognized board to participate in ITBP recruitment. Candidate must have valid heavy vehicle driving license.
Age limit
Every male candidate applying should be between 21 to 27 years of age. The age of the candidate will be calculated as per the cut off date which is the last date to apply is 6th November 2024. Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC and Ex-serviceman candidates as per Govt. will be given.
Application Fees
The application fee for General/OBC/EWS and other category candidates is Rs.100 which can be paid online. SC/ST and Ex-servicemen candidates do not have to pay any application fees.
Selection process
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
This test includes tasks to test the candidate’s fitness such as running, other endurance tests, etc.
Physical Standards Test (PST):
All male candidates are required to meet the gender, weight and specific
requirements which vary from category to category and region to region.
Written Exam:
A written test on different subjects will be conducted to assess the knowledge
of the candidates.
Driving Test:
As this post is for a driving post, it is very necessary for every candidate to
pass the driving test to assess the driving skills.
Document Verification:
Candidates are required to produce their original certificates such as
educational certificate, age proof, caste certificates etc. during verification.
Medical Examination:
Candidates who pass all the further stages will be medically examined to
check whether they are medically fit or not.
