Intercaste Marriage Sahay Yojana: Intercaste Marriage Yojana 2024-25 : You can see in many places around us that there is discrimination between high-low, Hindu-Muslim, male-female etc. Due to this discrimination, social inequality is spreading. So sometimes, since the young man & woman are of high and low caste, both of them do not get married and there are cases of tax evasion. So if a Scheduled Caste person wants to marry an upper caste person then they are given a total assistance of Rs. 2,50,000/- for marriage and other expenses.

Purpose of Intercaste Marriage Yojana 2023-24

If one of the young men and women belongs to the scheduled caste & the other person belongs to the upper caste other than the scheduled caste & both of them wish to get married, they are given Help of Rs.2,50,000/- by the Govt. for marriage and other expenses. Dr. Savitaben Ambedkar Intercaste Marriage Help Yojana is implemented as part of the main objective of this Yojana to bring about social harmony by removing untouchability through marriage between a person of scheduled caste of Hinduism and persons of other caste of Hinduism.

The Dr. Savitaben Ambedkar Intercaste Marriage Help Yojana has been implemented as a part of bringing social equality by removing untouchability through marriage between a person belonging to a Scheduled Caste of Hinduism and a person belonging to a caste other than a Scheduled Caste of Hinduism. In which assistance of Rs.1,00,000/- in the form of gift certificates in small savings in the joint name of husband & wife and Rs.1,50,000/- for purchasing household appliances, a Total Help of Rs.2,50,000/- Are given.

Who can benefit from Intercaste Marriage Sahay Yojana?

Dr. Savitaben Ambedkar Intercaste Marriage Support Yojana has the following terms & conditions:

One of the couple entering into an inter-caste marriage should be a native of Gujarat.
Such marriages have to be registered & applied in this scheme within two years after the marriage.

The parents of the inter-caste marriage should be living in the state of Gujarat.
A widow or widower who has no children applying for this Yojana will also be eligible for assistance.

There is no income limit in this Yojana.
The age of the young man in the couple should be more than 21 years and the age of the girl should be more than 18 years.

Benefits Of Intercaste Marriage Sahay Yojana

The scheme offers the following benefits:

An assistance of Rupees.1,00,000 lakh is given in the joint name of husband and wife.
An assistance of Rupees.1,50,000/- is provided for purchase of household appliances.
A total assistance of Rupees.2,50,000/- is given through both these.

Intercaste Marriage Yojana Needed Documents

The following documents are Needed in this Yojana:

Aadhaar card of young man/girl Candidate
Caste certificate of boy/girl Candidate
Example of a boy/girl dropping out of school
Residence proof (any one of electricity bill, ration card, election card, tenancy agreement)
Certificate to the effect that the applicant is divorced (if the applicant is married at the time of marriage)
Instance of death (if applicant is a widower/widower at the time of marriage)
Certificate of Marriage Registration
Bank Passbook
Agreement
Form submitted for obtaining marriage registration certificate

Follow the steps below on how to apply online for Savitaben Ambedkar Intercaste Marriage Assistance Scheme:

First open the Portal

https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in to fill the form.
After that the following page will open
As mentioned above, Click Here on “New User”. Also first a new registration has to be done.
After doing new registration, the following page will open.
All your personal Details has to be filled as mentioned above.
All the Details has to be filled and submitted as above. After that Id and Password will come in your Smart Mobile.
After that they have to login as mentioned above with Id and Password.
After that all the plans will be seen as below.
As mentioned above, click on “Intercaste Marriage Yojana”.
After Click Here on that scheme, a new page will open as below.
Click Here on “OK” button as mentioned above.
Click Here on “OK” button then the following page will open.
As mentioned above, the applicant has to fill all his information.
In all these information like “Personal Details of Candidate”, “Other Details of Candidate”, “Document Upload” and lastly “Agreement” etc. have to be filled.
After that the last application has to be submitted by click Here on “Save Application Form”.
After submitting the application, an “Application Number” will be generated. The applicant can check the status of his Online from this application number.
