> Non-Medical Supervisor Training Completion Certificate with five years experience of working
in leprosy in Govt or NGO and computer knowledge

Monthly salary scale

Post 1 :- 15,000/-
Post 2 :- 25,000/-

Job location

Post 1: surat urban, dist- surat
Taluko: Olpad, dist- surat
Post 2: At District leprosy Office Surat.

Age limit

Post 1: 18-40 years
Post 2: 18-65 years
